The strange lines in the Outlook HTML newsletter are often caused by compatibility issues between the HTML code used to create the newsletter and the way Outlook renders and displays HTML content. Outlook uses its own rendering engine to display HTML emails, which can sometimes lead to unexpected results such as strange lines or formatting issues. To minimize these issues, it's important to use clean and simple HTML code, avoid complex layouts, and test the newsletter in Outlook before sending it out to ensure it displays correctly. Additionally, using inline styles and avoiding external CSS can also help improve the rendering of the newsletter in Outlook. **
